Website Design: Sample Case Study
Client: Catawba Peak for Fairway Development Group
Problem: Needed to pre-sell undeveloped land and condominiums. The client needed to create an online brochure to advertise pre-development-stage land near Pigeon Forge, TN for future "luxury residential resort community with superior amenities" and yet, at the time of the website build, the land was only at the post-grading stage (roads were not yet paved)-- so there wasn't anything to show but the views.
Solution: Predict the future. Shoot stunning photos of the nearby Smokey Mountains and other area attractions, mix in graphic elements of the mountains and streams, add architects' renderings and images of builders' homes from other similar developments, and spice with excellent copywriting and shots of the best views from the graded lots. The site really shows the potential of the land by placing it in the best company (the beautiful natural surrounds and nearby family entertainment.)
